Glade Holding’s owners, Gaston Campano and Edmundo Hernandez, have been building homes for over twenty years. In addition to our standard warranty, most of our homes come with a Bonded Builder’s Warranty. This third party warranty covers your new home for one year, and covers the structure of your home for ten years.
