At Glade Residential we are very aware of the opportunities available to provide new homeowners with homes that are built with a Green consciousness that is affordable. There are existing "green" certifications programs that ideally would be great to offer all homeowners yet these programs are expected to target only 20% of new homes due to cost factors. Glade's Green Smart Homes Program is intended to provide new homeowners Green technology while still providing homebuyers with affordability when purchasing a new home.
